Sigma's Nurse Manager Certificate Program is a robust Web-based educational tool using the latest evidence-based content.
Designed to help develop nursing management competencies necessary to function in today's fast-paced and ever-changing health care environment.
The curriculum and content were created by nurses with both academic and clinical expertise in leadership and management.
Each course contains didactic content and learner activities designed to involve and engage the learner.
Nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) contact hours are awarded for successful completion of each course.
Total Program NCPD hours: 76.75
Complete all program courses, pass the post-assessment with a score of 80% or higher and submit the program evaluation to receive a Certificate of Completion for Sigma Theta Tau International’s Nurse Manager Certificate Program.
